1.HAIR QUALITY

It's the best quality human hair on the market.

As an integral component of hair, the hair cuticle (or scale) forms part of a trio alongside the Cortex and Medulla. The hair's surface is adorned with numerous tiny cuticles, overlapping to create a protective layer. The meticulous alignment of these small cuticles renders the hair more light-reflective, imparting a soft, lustrous appearance and ease of combing. Conversely, damaged, arched, or broken cuticles lead to a loss of shine and rough texture.

When cuticles are compromised, the cortex becomes exposed, and the hair's keratin chain structure undergoes breakage, resulting in the cuticles curling and flaking away. This unfortunate state permits the easy escape of moisture and essential nutrients, culminating in dryness and split ends. In severe cases, prolonged damage may even lead to hair breakage.

Thus, for our hair extension products, maintaining the full and complete integrity of the hair cuticle is of paramount importance.

Our best quality hair is Cuticle Remy Hair. The Cuticle Remy Hair is ethically sourced from young ladies' braids. So it's with cuticles intact and running in same direction. The life span can be over 12 months with proper care. Its vitality and strength is the best grade.

Yes, we use the best of the best in all of our raw materials. Because we understand that the quality of our professional salon line products is very important, both for the stylist and the wearer. That's why all our products are made from the highest quality Cuticle Remy Hair, and only by sticking to this can we have a win-win and stable development with each other.

We source raw hair material from different regions. But the best quality Cuticle Remy Hair is usually collected from villages in the southwestern provinces of China. There girls' hair is usually never colored or styled with high temperature. The region's nature-oriented ethnic minorities further enrich the hair's vitality through their natural living environment and unique diet, teeming with essential nutrients and vitamins. So the hair is strongest and thick, therefore its quality is best and lifespan is long after made into hair extensions.

2. PRODUCTS QUESTIONS

Yes, in order to meet the needs of most customers, our extension products are all Double-Drawn.  It means the percentage of long hair in one hair extension, in another word the thickness of hair ends part. Double Drawn has more long hair than Single Drawn.

Yes, but for Tape-in Hair Extensions, the new adhesive tape needs to be changed when reusing it.

The life span of hair can be over 12 months with proper care. The vitality and strength of our Cuticle Remy Hair is the best grade. But the extensions need to be re-applied every 6-8 weeks.

No, so far our Cuticle Remy Hair hast't received such feedback regarding tangling or sheding problem.

There are many reasons that would cause tangling or sheding when wearing hair extensions, including improper daily care of extensions. Also the hair extension itself may fail to reach the quality standard due to bad raw hair material or getting damaged in the process of production.

Our production department has been paying much attention to avoiding any elements that would cause the hair tangled or damaged in production.

For our Cuticle Remy Hair products, from the beginning, we only choose the best raw hair material which keeps the cuticles like our own real hair. In production, the hair is processed by standardized techniques with the most gentle chemicals to make sure that the hair won't be damaged. Meanwhile, the products will have to be inspected after each step in production by our QC department. When they are finished, the final QC will pick some samples to do the washing test. Finally, before packaging and shipping, there will be another round of examination on some samples.

With all these measures, we haven't received any tangling or sheding complaints caused by the production side on our Cuticle Remy hair extensions. But since these hair extensions are made from real human hair, they may tangle just like your own hair and may tangle slightly during wear.

No, rest assured, hair extensions won't harm your hair when applied by professionals and given proper care. The reality is, quality extensions complement your hair without damage, but inadequate application and aftercare can lead to issues. Trust the process and nurture your extensions for a flawless look.

Absolutely, you have the green light. Curling hair extensions follows the same process as your natural hair. Embrace various tools – curling irons, hair straighteners, wavers, and beyond – to craft your desired style effortlessly.

While we very much do not recommend this, quality extensions allow coloring. But never bleaching, bleaching spells compromise, harming both the extensions and their attachment methods. High lift color with ammonia and high developer isn't advised either. Here's the key: extensions undergo prior decolorization and coloring.  Attempting to lighten them leads to unexpected shades and damage.

Keep in mind, just like our own hair, any type of heat and styling products damages hair. Avoiding hairspray and other hair products will also prolong the life of your extensions. You can curl them, straighten them and use styling products on them. But the better you take care of your extensions, the longer they will last.

3. CRAFTSMANSHIP CONCERNS

We use cold bleaching technology to avoid excessive damage to the hair scales during bleaching. There are many factors affecting the bleaching effect, besides the raw materials, whether the bleaching agent is used evenly or what bleaching technique is applied will have different degrees of influence. In order to advertise their shortened delivery time, some factories will heat and other methods when bleaching. The higher temperature will open the hair cuticle and thus speed up the bleaching process. However, this is very damaging to the hair quality and can easily lead to uneven bleaching. It causes hair strands to tangle and knot, so the hair extensions become easier to break. But Cold Bleaching can maximize the protection of the hair from too much unnecessary damage to the hair cuticles and make these hair products last as high quality as possible.

To color the hair, we need bleach the hair firstly to a basic color. Then washing the hair clean and put it into container with dyeing material. During the processes, our technicians operate with customer's color ring in hand to make sure the colors are dyed correct and accurate. After coloring successfully, the hair will be washed clean and dry. If color difference occurs, technicians will fix them timely.

During all the processes, the temperature and time are controlled strictly. And all material will not cause damage to hair. Therefore, the hair quality is protected well in the production.

We use coloring material specially for hair, the hair quality is protected to the great extent and color's consistency and stability are guaranteed. Dyes for textile are never used.

As for replacement tabs, since we need to purchase them from USA, and there will be taxes and tariffs. We think it will be much cheaper and more convenient for you if you can buy from them directly online. Here are their websites for your reference:

4. Hair Care

For specific tips on maintaining your hair extensions, please refer to this blog.

Chlorine and salt water can damage your hair. Before swimming, moisten the conditioner with tap water. This can prevent your hair from absorbing chlorinated water or salt water, which is a very unfriendly hair reception. To ensure their protection, follow these steps:

Preparation is Key:

Before swimming, thoroughly wet your hair with clean water. This prevents excessive absorption of chlorinated or salty water.

Create a Barrier:

Apply a protective leave-in conditioner or natural oil like coconut oil. This shields your hair from damaging water and maintains moisture, minimizing tangles.

Secure with Braids:

Avoid tangling by braiding your hair before swimming. Loose hair can lead to knots, so keep it contained.

Immediate Rinse:

After swimming, promptly rinse your hair with clean water. This removes chlorine, salt, and sand to prevent potential damage.

Dry Completely:

Wet extensions tangle easily. Gently towel-dry and allow your hair to air dry fully to prevent tangling and mold.

Post-Swim Care:

After swimming, apply deep-conditioning or a hair mask to rejuvenate moisture and maintain your extensions' appearance.

Swimming with extensions requires care, but you shouldn't miss out on the fun. Protect and maintain your extensions for a worry-free swim experience.
