Shipping Worldwide
We offer international shipping on all orders via DHL or FedExor UPS with express shipping, with delivery time ranging from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
It will take 1-2 business days to shipyour order when in stock. Sometimes hot-selling products may be temporarily out of stock or you have other needs. In this case, it will take about 7-14 business days to arrange production depending on the product. Please be assured that once the production is completed, your order will also be sent out immediately.
All shipments are FOB (Free on Board), and ship from our warehouse located in China.
Wrong address Disclaimer
The buyer has to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to expedite processing and shipment dates, therefore there is only a brief window of opportunity to cancel, change, or change the address of your transaction. Please contact us at info@originshair.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order or modify your mailing address. If our team is unable to cancel your order, you can contact us after receiving your order, get the return address, and return it to us. After it is returned to our warehouse, we will either reship it to the right location or refund your money in full.
P.O. box, Military Base
Military addresses (APO, FPO) and PO Boxes cannot be delivered. Please include a physical address at the time of checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link, which may take up to 12-48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double-check your junk/spam or promotions folder. All shipments have real-time tracking and verified tracking numbers, so you can track your order 24/7 with delivery confirmation. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier or our customer service group for help. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Package Loss & Damage
All the packages are shipped directly from our warehouse coming with tracking and delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for the performance of the carriers. Still, we will offer assistance to our customers in any damage or loss in third-party shipping services. Feel free to contact us through email at info@originshair.com. Force Majeure Delays
Here at Origins Hair, we make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties & taxes. As these charges vary from country to country, we can't calculate them in advance, and you will be responsible for any changes that might occur. For additional information on customs regulations, please kindly get in touch with your local customs office.
